  18. You may encounter a situation in which you cannot run any 16-bit
  19. Windows-based applications.

  21. CAUSE

  24. This problem occurs when you have manually edited the wowcmdline in
  25. the registry and left trailing spaces.

  27. RESOLUTION

  30. To work around this problem, edit the wowcmdline in the registry and
  31. remove any trailing spaces.
